Billing unit: Per SMS part: 160 English characters, or 70 in Hindi and other Indian scripts.

Meta has charged per delivered template message since 1 July 2025 (it used to charge per 24-hour conversation). The fee depends on the template category. Our platform fee for the inbox, API, chatbot and support is added per message and depends on your volume.
